Canada’s Humiliating entry into TPP Trade Deal

An article in The Tyee News (June 26, 2012) titled “Canada’s Humiliating entry into TPP Trade Deal” (http://thetyee.ca/Opinion/2012/06/26/TTP-Trade-Deal/) describes the negotiation process in 2012, when nine members of the TPP agreement at that time pressured Canada to join them in this commercial agreement even though Canada already had free trade deals with four of the nine TPP members (U.S, Chile, Peru and Mexico). The most sensitive topics for Canada were the agricultural market access, drug pricing, cultural industries, and copyright protection. What will be the main impacts in the Canadian agricultural market once the country entered the TPP agreement? How will neighbor countries such as US benefit from the entrance of Canada in the TPP agreement?
